Hobbies

Outside of design and fatherhood, I'm a passionate maker and learner. My annual musical animated home light show boasts over 100k individually addressable LEDs and raises funds for Seattle Children's Hospital uncompensated care fund - Ensuring all children receive the medical care they need. Outside of animating for individual songs, the hobby has allowed me to learn hands-on skills in metal fabrication, CNC routing, soldering, networking, electrical engineering and motorized prop design. The show has won multiple city and state-wide awards and is an annual local favorite. Upcoming plans for the show include juke box functionality via locally hosted app, and more interactive show elements.
