Overview
As a key member of the HoloLens Shell Aesthetics Team, I drove the creation of innovative spatial concepts, UX Motion, and interactive components for HoloLens Windows Holographic.
As a motion and interaction designer, I worked closely with director Nando Costa and a brilliant multi-disciplinary team to define the look and feel of interacting with holograms and System UI in augmented reality for HoloLens v1. As a pioneer in the field of gaze, voice, and gesture-based computing, our tiny team tackled the daunting task of creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for a revolutionary new platform. The HoloLens, a wearable device that projects virtual objects into the physical world, presented a unique set of challenges. Our mission was to address these challenges through innovative design solutions.
